Match info here. There will be a pay gate in operation, although you can buy a ticket in advance. Still no word on the pie shop reopening.

The idea that we are 1 or 2 signings away from a good squad based on this performance seems to me to be a million miles away. Stan has just over a week to make any more signings and that assumes the money is there. Otherwise it’s the squad Maitland/Rice have assembled and we have to hope Taylor is a motivational and tactical genius. So we held out to half time and then showed a bit of activity at the beginning of the second half but after that it was too easy for Killie. I think it’s safe to say we dodged a bullet in not appointing Boozy. Looking around me yesterday the stadium seems to be full of freeloaders in grey suites and club ties plus an array of Mcgowans ‘volunteers’ in Accies training gear. Something really rotten at the heart of the club. Meanwhile the paying punters get to eat pies at £4. Come on Stan save us. I’m really depressed.

Agreed, TT re the squad. Unless Taylor can turn this ship around very soon, we will be stuck around 8,9,10 place. Can't see any other team being worse than us. Arbroath & QotS win, Ayr beat us in the League Cup. Thistle with more resources than us. On paper, the others have far more than we have.

Loads of people with complementary tickets yesterday too. Hopefully they contributed in other ways?

And I saw two mostly uneaten pies left yesterday even at an outrageous £4 if that was the price. The divebombing seagulls would have had easy pickings later, rather than try to steal food from folks hands! What was all that about?

It's going to be a VERY long season..........

And as far as the game went, we were outplayed, outmuscled and generally overrun by an organised experienced side who fully deserved the three points. It showed just how far apart we were as the " supposed second favourites to go back up to the SPL".
No fault of the new manager, who, at least, had the courage to leave his stand seat and go down to the touch line in the second half to hear/see what was going on in the Accies dugout.

It seemed that there were lots of whistling noises from Boozy. Too much watching "One Man & his Dog"

We have to put tis game behind us now that we have a new manager, who, hopefully, will not be influenced by Boozy & co whose 'assistance' to previous managers has not shown to be as productive in points gained.

You need to remember that we had a squad out yesterday, even with Easton at 33, with an average age of 22. Even in footballing terms, they are just boys, learning their trade. Not an excuse! Just the facts.

Really good article here post Killie by Joe Sked. He sums the current situation up perfectly.

Still losing too many goals. My back 4 for Sat is McKee, Fulton, Jamieson and B Martin.
