Season Ticket Sales

Postby TerracingTomas » Mon Aug 02, 2021 3:00 pm

Was wondering if anyone had any idea how season ticket sales had gone? The below article in the Record is the first time in living memory I can remember some sort of attempt to promote season tickets via the media. Roping in a local councillor seems a good idea although too little too late comes to mind.

https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/in-your-a ... n-24668370

The figures for 19/20 as supplied to ASA at their meeting with the club were “226 adult, 135 concession and 186 u16 = 547.”

I think someone on social media had said that when they were in the ticket office renewing they were told sales were going well (well they always say that) but if the above figures are accurate I can’t really see on the back of relegation a significant increase in fact have they fallen?

Those 2 additional tickets probably saved the club from liquidation.!
