I know he could have done better yesterday with the goal, but I think we need some perspective here.

He's been out of the game for a while, so only has had 2 competitive matches in over a year.

He doesn't have the best defense in the league in front of him, and made a number of good saves in both matches.

So....we keep criticising him for every single mistake, or we get behind him and help him get back to the form that saw him play for Scotland U21s.

I know which I prefer!

Has made some great saves already and if we could even score a goal or two that would allow him the odd mistake.

Good shot stopper but for a guy his size he should be commanding his box and taking crosses.

I know it will be difficult for him with our current central defence in front of him but it's also got a reverse effect , the defence got to have confidence in the keeper.

At the end of the day he has been out for a while but we don't have the luxury of a letting mistakes costs as points on a regular basis.
