I’m sure his departure from us as a player was slightly acrimonious so that might affect the boards/his thinking. Someone has suggested the Montrose manager who seems to be getting results. There may be others in the lower leagues who are young and ambitious worth a look. Not so sure about Lennon but I acknowledge he seems to be doing a fair job. Would love to see a Steve clarke type of appointment but they are once in a blue moon success stories. As I've said I hope this is a proper recruitment exercise and not a repeat of the last time and over 60 applicants but all along it was Martin’s job. If Dougie had been in the running I think the board would have appointed him interim until the end of the season. Optimism and excitement back in the air.
I’ve been told in the last hour that Boyd (Kris, not Scott) left our training session to go speak to Hamilton. Not as a manager but as a player/coach under the new regime.
So I wonder what that regime will be.

Seems like a genuine post and not a wind up. Might explain why Jason’s gone/
