As far as I can see, the following are out of contract:

Ali Crawford
Darren Jamieson
Danny Redmond
Georgios Sarris
Charlie Scott (end of loan)
David Templeton
Xavier Tomas
Kenny Van Der Weg
Shaun Want

I could've missed some of them signing new contracts recently.

From that list I could see only Want being here next season.

Hopefully we will see a new manager in place next season and a player overhaul no matter what league we are in.

squad will be pretty dessimated when we go down. Running costs will have to come down and i would expect most of the senior squad to be let go

Only getting a new manager when we go down and even then dont expect anything drastic.

Imrie as player/manager or just manager. If we thought Canning was bad...................?

We'll always have a high turnover of players at Accies. At the end of last season, we lost Remi Matthews and Alex D'Acol, and probably others I can't remember. Since then, of our regular first XI & bench, we've lost Devlin, Skondras, Gillespie, Docherty and Longridge. More than half a team in less than a year. And it'll probably be the same over the next year, regardless of which division we're in - FWIW, I think we'll be in the Premier.

Crawford is leaving, and most fans probably hope Sarris too. Templeton will leave, assuming he gets a good offer, probably to England. And I can't see us keeping all four of Rojano, Ogkmpoe, Bingham and Miller. Apart from that, who knows?

Martin Canning will still be our manager: deservedly so if we stay up; but even if we go down, I don't see the Board rushing to replace him.

The one that worries me is Woods. I’m pretty sure he is only under contract until the end of the season. I assume if we go down he will be off and he will easily get another premiership gig or perhaps lower league down south which leaves us with Fulton and I remain to be convinced he is ready to be the regular keeper but bringing him in in the Championship would fit with the philosophy.

As the regular Scotland Under 21 goalkeeper, Fulton must have potential. He’s been good enough in games I’ve seen, but at present Woods is better.
If Woods leaves I’d be happy to go with Fulton.
Our other keeper, Jamieson should have been released after his disgraceful performance against Rangers. Hopefully he’ll go at the end of the season.
I’d expect Want to be here and fingers crossed Templeton. Of the others they’re ok generally but not a big loss if they go.

I'd re-sign him in an instant!! Temps has the skills to change a game at any stage, regardless of which division we might be in. Scotland has always had some players who never lasted 90 minutes but still were major players for their teams.

Woods is contracted until the end of 18-19. Signed an extension at the start of the season same time as McMann and Docherty

That's why only Accies would sign him this season. Worth it or not?

I was worried he'd leave in January, but "a source close to the player" told me he wanted to see out the season at NDP, to repay Accies for the loyalty we'd shown him, then seek a move down south (last big payday, I assume). If he can't get that move, I'd be delighted for us to re-sign him.

Once again, Danny Redmond comes up with the goods. Re-Sign him NOW. He has still the years ahead of him and has the skills to make things happen. Some sublime play from him once he came on today.

Sun claiming today that Lewis Ferguson is out of contract. Aberdeen and Crystal Palace apparently after him.

Ill be disappointed if he leaves, surprised the club haven't got him signed up longer. Can only assume contract extensions have been offered and turned down.

At least we should get some compensation for the lad

He is under contract until May 2019 but given we sold Doherty when we didnt need to (IMO) if a decent bid came in i wouldnt be surprised if we took it. Out of contract we would get about 200k development fee. In contract 500k with a sell on clause.

I hate all this "aye, he is" - "no, he's no" nonsense.

If you're going to make a claim, back it up.

A quick Google establishes that The Sun said Lewis Ferguson was out of contract this summer, to support their speculative story about interest from other clubs, but this reference site says 31 May 2019 - http://www.transfermarkt.com/lewis-ferg ... ler/428563

I know which source I believe.

The transfer market website is where I got this info re Ferguson. it’s been around a few years now and it’s usually fairly reliable if sometimes a bit slow in updating.
