Lawyers representing the club against RBS seem to be on some kind of no win no fee deal, new artificial pitch in the summer same standard as the Edinburgh indoor facility, new 7 a side pitch where the little sheep pen pitch is opposite the main stand, covered indoor facility behind goals when we have the money, docherty wanted to go and we got the fee we wanted (60% up front) and a 20% sell on fee. Crawford wants to look at his options in summer no new contract club have no problem with this, in discussions with temps and his agent, seem genuinely surprised re old firm fans in the home section promised to do something about it, on the commercial side eg shop, web site didn’t seem that bothered, bank won’t give us debit card terminals.

Would a fan owned club have fell for a simple vishing scam to begin with though? I doubt it.

We HAVE to move on from this very serious lapse of judgment in whoever gave the authority in the first place. The bottom line is that we are still 'trading', and have had verbal assurances from the Chairman, that we will still continue to do so. We owe no-one, according to Ronnie, and although some projects may now be scrapped or put on a far back-burner, we continue to fight for our place in the Premier Division.
Given where Accies were twenty years ago, we have come a very long way, and a lot of our younger support will never really understand the desperate situation that previous owners had put us in financially, with the Club hours away from Liquidation.
Let's look ahead with some positivity, rather than looking backwards. Hind-sight is the best science available.
