Pretty sure everyone is still reeling from Saturday, but onwards and upwards, or something to that effect...

Hopefully the Celtic game tired out the Dons, and our lads will get the chin up and show that the loss to the Saints was just an off day.

Not looking forward to this. Can't see anything other than an Aberdeen win with 30 Accies fans watching on.

Massive task and Saturday shows that anything less than your A game will be punished. They are on fire and a point away from in this one would be absolutely magic

Totally agree. A point would be as good as a win - almost.

Not so sure. Docherty must start in place of McKinnon and Redmond for Imrie (Dougie would come on fired up when Redmond tires) docherty linked up with Crawford and kurtaj really well in Perth. If he does this I hope for at least a draw

I wouldn't go so far as to say I fancy our chances, but this is the sort of game Accies win.

Aberdeen in good form, top of the league, on the back of a win over Celtic, and expected to win. Accies in mixed form, and just lost heavily away to St Johnstone.

Not many will back us tonight, but if we play to our best and they don't, we could win.

Just sayin'.

I wasn't there tonight, but this is a view of how we looked from a pal of mine, a Dons fan, who was at the game...
"It was interesting seeing Hamilton tonight. They've been in such a state of transition over the last year, no two meetings have been the same. You certainly look physically strong and fit but there is a strong sense of safety first and route one directness that wasn't there this time last season. Big improvements on the second half of last season though. I was actually impressed with Nade. He's still a big, one dimensional unit but he gave us a hard time in the first half and he wasn't the joke he's been in the past. Crawford disappointed tonight, he slashed at a good chance in the first half and just couldn't impose himself, even when we were starting to feel the pressure towards the end. Imrie is still unstable. Actually a bit unhinged. Tena(?), the big CB was fairly effective but he gave us back possession all too often and he's a pretty clumsy fella, very much the sort of SPL centre half that'll be motm one week but will give away a pen, a deflected og and a red card the next (;-)). Good on the Hamilton fans who made the journey on a school night too.

Credit to all the players (and Canning) at the end, by the way. First time I've seen them all applaud the fans in unison in a long time.

What do we need to do to get a penalty?

I don't see any trip, if anything he may have accidently been clipped by Ali.

I've just seen the highlights. I can't see why anyone could suggest the their penalty was anything other than clearcut. There's no way we can judge the Imrie incident from that camera angle, but what we could see didn't involve a trip.

More positively, what about that one-handed save by McGovern! 'That was international class...' Save of the season contender, surely.
