Unfortunately, can't see by a convincing home win.

Might aswell try something new (new formation/new players/Brophy in from the start).
What's to lose?

The important games begin from next week onwards (St Mirren-Ross Co-Motherwell-St Johnstone).

Can only hope Celtic's mind is elsewhere, and we somehow hit form again. Watched the game against Inter tonight, and they did very well, but also worked their socks off. If there was ever a time to play Celtic, this is probably it...

Ever the optimist, let's sneak a win.

We will be lucky to get Nil

If we don't see a change in players starting I will start to lose faith with MC.

All new signings to start - Scotland is not a new signing btw

Canzo needs to drop both McKinnon and Crawford, both have been woeful for weeks, Brophy needs a game from the start, i would start him and Scotland together.

Do you mean Brophy and Scotland in a 4-4-2?
I admire your optimism, but I truly believe that would be footballing suicide, against a Celtic team that is currently flying.

However look at what Liverpool have done recently.
They were struggling up until Christmas, and have now gone 3-4-3, with great effect.
Does anyone remember in the first season in the SPL with Billy Reid. He changed from a 4-5-1, to a 3-6-1 formation.

It was defensive and to a great degree turgid to watch, but it did turn us around and got confidence back in the team.
I think it's time for Canning and co, to take a leaf out of that book.
Play 3 central defenders with wing backs and try it out. Play Brophy up top on his own and give old man Scotland a well deserved break.

Question really is, does Canning and his backroom team have the confidence and technical know-how to pull something like that off.
I really hope so.
Over to you Canning.

We have seen a 4-6-0 from him this year!

Do you mean against ICT and NDP recently.
It was almost that, with Imrie not being a true out and out striker.
He kept on tracking back to his normal position.

No 4-6-0 please. We all all know how well that worked out for Craig Levein.

Our only hope may be that the Celtic team are feeling under the weather with Lent starting, that we have the energy boost to see us over the line. :D

I was worried about this game after the Aberdeen one, but the closer it gets the more confident I feel we might sneak a point.
Celtic are tired after Thursdays efforts, they have one eye on next Thursday and will likely rotate the squad. If we were at our best early season form I'd be looking for another win...but we're not!
Let Brophy play from the start, with Crawford running at them through the centre. Jason is too slow to trouble their defence, but could be useful in the last 10 minutes.
With the right tactics, effort and a bit of luck....

Lent probably as likely to affect us as them realistically...or not at all more likely ;)

Weather forecast is horrendous for tomorrow, blizzard conditions likely from mid-morning onwards. I don't see us being thrashed, I'll say a narrow 2-1 defeat but you never know with tired legs and focus elsewhere...

I know...my reply was tongue in cheek too

Just shows the written word can be misconstrued.

Lets move on before we get into a discussion about religious observance.
