Tell me, Aldo, was that what we saw outside our dugout and on the edge of his area for the entire game, a football manager urging the Accies on?? Had forgotten what it was like!! The enthusiasm carried well over to the far-side touchline. Great!!

It is obviously early days but I think it augurs well for Rice at Accies.
In his first match he's already achieved something his predecessor failed to do in 2 attempts, take something from Dundee.
That aside, the positivity oozed from the side.
Once he's settled in to the role and moulds the team into his style of playing we can maybe see us putting a wee run together.
And the fans were great today also.
For the first time in a long time I knew I was at a Football match and not a Library.

And just to add...the MacArthur suite was full and ended up standing room only. Wind of change, perhaps?

Vaults was busy pre and post match also.Irene thinks the removal of Canning will lead to the pub being busy now on a Saturday for home games.

At 1400 home fans thats easily 600/700 up on the last few games. If the team continues with the same positivity as it started with yesterday I’m sure those numbers will hold up. Mid week games are always a bit of a hit or miss with crowds as a lot of kids dont go because of school etc., but I think another respectable home crowd is on the cards.

Predictable pish from the previous Manager's biggest fan in today's Scottish Sun on Sunday.
Basically saying we are a Championship team in the Premier League and all the credit for surviving the last 4 seasons is down to the previous Manager.
