If winning isn't everything, why do they keep score?

Massive Game, been thinking about the line up and formation and think we should go right at them from the start with this line up.

Woods

Want Tomas KVDW McMann

Daz

Temps Fergie Imrie

Ogboe Miller

But I know there is no chance in hell he would go for this.

Good chance then Sarris will be back (Cold shiver runs down my back :( ) County have found some form in the last few games so I think they go in as slight favourites. I honestly wish he would bench Imrie but thats not going to happen other than that I’ll just wait and see who takes to the field for Accies. Are we reducing prices for this one SLO?

We are Hamilton, meaning that we'll win 3-0. Canning will be a god, joy will ring out and all will be well with the world again.

But we are Hamilton, meaning that Dundee will hump us the following weekend. Canning will be the devil incarnate, disaster will ensue and we'll be back to square one.

Fiver to get in, if indeed nowt, should be the way forward. Makes financial sense with the repercussions of going down to the seaside league. More fans probably won't make much more of an atmosphere, but it's worth a try. God knows, we need anything and everything to help us!!

Can’t make it due to the early kickoff, so I’ll have to make do with recording and watching the full game on skyplus at 230 when I get back home from work...in the style of the likely lads.

Good offer by the Club with potential to have 3-4000 there if every Season Book holder does their bit.

If anyone wants my free tickets they can have them, but will have to get them themselves as I can’t be bothered going to the stadium.

It is a good offer from the club and well done to them for that

As for the crowd, think we will be lucky to get even 2000 as I cant see Ross County having a travelling support and the apathy from the town to the Accies

Possible bad news ahead of Saturday. County have now appointed the 2 guys who were in temp charge, to permanent managerial positions, so guessing the board there have faith in their 2 guys. No doubt this will give County and their players a wee lift.

Are things conspiring against us, what with the death of Lambie and his funeral maybe giving the Partick boys a wee lift last weekend.

Lose this one and its pretty much seaside league here we come

Look on the bright side SMC. If we lose and we do go down to the seaside league then our board will have a similar oppportunity to show their faith in Martin and confirm him as manager for next season ;) ;) ;)

If we can't win this game we don't deserve to stay up.

Another changed line up for sure , some due to suspensions , some for injuries and some due to Martin.

We need to be up and at them from the word go and not let them settle.

I hope this 5 at the back experiment is binned , we don't have the players to carry it out.

Hoping for the best but fearing the worst.

Now that we're hopefully getting over the disappointment of Firhill, cooler heads will note that we're still above two teams, and if the season ended today, we would have stayed up. Mission accomplished. It's true, we're on a losing streak, but it's not our first losing streak of the season - we've been in this situation twice already, and recovered both times.

I would be more worried if we were losing badly, suffering heavy defeats, and never looking like winning. But some of our recent losses, including the last two, have been close calls. The margins between victory and defeat are very thin, and with a bit of luck we'd have more points on the board. We can all pick out weaknesses, and nurse theories about who's to blame, but overall our performances have not been that bad.

We're well capable of winning a couple of games and securing our SPL future.

So what about our opponents? County have just announced the permanent appointment of their co-managers, odd timing, but my theory is they expect to go down, Ferguson & Kettlewell are the cheap option for the Championship, and their chairman reasons that if they can somehow stay up, then they deserve to keep the jobs. At least until the next bad run. And maybe the announcement will give them a boost (I doubt it).

They've had 6 games in charge and taken 6 points. Over the season that average would see them safe, but not from where they are now. 4 points from their remaining 4 games would take them to a total of 31 - relegated.

And their only win was over Partick. The 4-0 result that now looks like a fluke. Do they even have another win in them?

I can't see them coming to NDP on Saturday and winning. And a draw's no good to them. If we don't manage to win, and we only get a point, we should remember that. But I think we'll do it - we'll carry too much of a goal threat for County. 2-0 Accies.
