Hopefully the excitement of Craig 4-6-0 taking over hasn't lasted more than a week as looking at the highlights they should've comfortably beat Aberdeen even mcinnes admitting they were by far the better team in the 2nd half.

maybe 1/2 changes to freshen up things required.

Credit where it's due, this is a great initiative. Hopefully young Wastle and I will be able to pop in for a couple of cokes (!) before the Hearts game.

I've been going through the back before the game for a pint for the past 3 seasons - I recall at previous fan forums with Les etc he has said its fine for fans to come through before the game... not sure why they've only just announced it on the website! In any case, will be good to get more faces through and meet new people etc :)

Jambo's Kickback seems to be predicting an easy 2-4 goal away win against a "team of hammer throwers";someone better tell Crawford,Boyd,McMann,Templeton,Bingham and Longridge that one.

Rakish to miss at least one sitter before a handsome crowd of 3,333.

Looking forward to this and perhaps doing the Edinburgh double.
They'll bring a big crowd and create an atmosphere, but there are weaknesses in their team so it's not impossible. I'd take a draw to keep our good start going.
With Templeton eager to play well against his former club and Ali who usually performs against Hearts we should be good enough.

Hopefully we play Gogic from the start. He's made a difference and started our comeback in the last two games. Three at the back with Skondras and McMann as attacking fullbacks.
Woods
Skondras Thomas Sarris Gogic McMann
MacKinnon Docherty
Crawford
Templeton (or Imrie if a place has to be found for him) Boyd.

I don't think we can play Sarris and Tomas at home, as we play a much higher defensive line and they're too slow to recover. I think it has to be one or the other. The only change I'd have is Gogic in for Sarris. Temps is a great option from the bench.

Shame about the score but what about that crowd prediction?

Also got the Bingham prediction right.
Other than 15 minutes at the end of the first half, we were terrible.

I disagree
Silly goal in the first few minutes and a soft penalty, otherwise I thought we matched them, scored a good goal and deserved at least a draw.
Enjoyed the game despite the result and nothing to get despondent about.

Never mind the goal he actually scored!

I expect strikers to miss chances - their first job is to get into the positions where they get chances - as long as they convert some. And Bingham's doing fine so far this season - his critics need to get off his back.

We matched Hearts for most of the game. I'd say we created more chances. Great save from Ali's second half free kick. Boyd is lightweight and inexperienced, but he could have reasonably expected more protection from the ref. I thought their penalty was soft (need to see it again) and we were denied one or two claims of our own. I thought we were unlucky to lose.
