Great chance to open up a 9 point gap. Same as Saturday and we will win. I will go for a 2-0 victory.

I'll be travelling down in expectation of an Accies victory and being 9 points ahead of Killie Thistle and Dundee...hopefully ;)

To win this and go 9 points clear of killie and possibly Dundee and partick too would be amazing.

...which makes me doubt it'll happen.

This is a tight league, and I expect this season to be no different. We've got off to a better start than some of our rivals, and this is a fantastic opportunity to pull further ahead. Form in both the most recent games and in our previous visits to Rugby Park suggests we can do it. But this is exactly the sort of game we've lost in the past - let's hope we've stepped up a level and our opponents haven't. We know Brophy, if selected, will be going the extra mile to prove something to us, and we won't catch anyone by surprise any more.

We've every reason to be confident going into this one, but for the reasons above, I'd take a draw.

Must go into this with confidence & Kille will have quite the opposite.

I know this is Accies but an away win is expected.

As for "taking a draw" I'll leave that one for Celtic away.

I'm not going to tip Accies so I don't jinx us so for no other reason I'm going Kilmarnock 3 (Brophy,Thomas and Kiltiie ) Accies 1 (Bingham)
Rakish to miss at least one sitter.
Crowd 3,693.
387 Accies punters.
Ftw.

Are kids still not allowed in the sports bar? That has been the case on previous visits to Rugby park.

Looking forward to this one and will be in attendance.

Have missed the last few games as I was travelling in the US - but from what I hear we played well against Dundee (although we rode our luck in the opening stages) and put in an excellent 2nd half performance against Hibs.

As previous posts have pointed out, this is a potential banana skin for us (note the defeat to Dundee last season when they were on a shocking run), however we should have the confidence and belief to go and win the 3 points.

I would stick with the same team as at ER if possible. Anyone know whats going on with Temps? Is he still not fully fit? Would expect him to be in the starting 11 if he is.

This is such a huge game already in the season would like to see as many accies fans as possible head down there . We are behind the goal which seems to me that the club think we will take between 4-500 .

Wished a Killie fan of my acquaintance good luck today.

"We'll need it" he replied gloomily.

They're getting it, thanks to the ref and assistants.
Playing well but can't score and quite a few decisions against us including 2 corners given as goal kicks.
Should come good second half

At last the team are starting to show some character. In previous games at 2-0 down we would have settled for that. Even at 2-1 it would have been a hard luck story and we have got nothing. Great result today and well done to the team.

Canning must stay????

Would've taken that before the game, and it was made all that bit sweeter coming back. We certainly didn't deserve to lose, but it was beginning to look like one of those days until Temps came on. Longridge, who I thought was excellent, coming off took the sting out of the game however we fought back.
Surely Skondras has to be offered all the money in the world to extend his stay!

The first goal was nothing but a fluke. Big Tomas really had no reason to make the challenge that led to the free kcik, Boyd was going NOWHERE.
2nd goal was again, another lack in judgement by Tomas/Mcmann - Both caught sleeping on their positions letting Erwin through.
Now last season, I'd have banked on us absolutely not coming back, this season feels like a right change in attitude and we absolutely got the result deserved.
That kind of fighting spirit is something you can't pay for.
Ali seems to be putting the shifts in now and getting involved in play although dropping deep.
Mcmann is REALLY suspect at passing and must have the worst pass accuracy of the entire team.
Dougie didn't seem to want to make the runs down that wing and kept looking at the ball being played to feet, despite mass amounts of space being left by killie, they had SUCH a tight back 4.
Louis had some bloody excellent touches, whilst has pace from earlier years has seemingly gone wry, he showed some tremendous footwork yesterday and if he had placed that volley to any corner it was a definite goal.

The gaffer has again made impact subs that have changed the tide. Well fucking done Martin!

Worth bearing in mind that Scott McMann has only just turned 21, and only came into the first team last season - he has plenty of time to improve.

And it was great ball by McMann for the first goal.
