Ex Motherwell striker Blyth has been released from their club. Would anyone take him here at Accies, he's a big strong striker who could maybe do the job.

Ross Draper signs for Ross County. Would have been a good player for us.

Seem to recall quite a few players who would have been good for us.
But the pub team committee aren't interested in football projects.
Only junkies or men sheds.

County are minted so can easily buy a player like this.
He's not going to want to uproot his family to come play in Lanarkshire when he can keep playing in the highlands.
He was also one of ICTs top earners so would have been out of range and we've got enough midfielders

A free transfer from Auchinleck Talbot would be out of our pub team's range.
Going down
And NO ONE can say we don't deserve to.

Let's not underestimate how hard the team worked last night. 100% effort to the end in a game which was drawable at least, and might have come down to penalties.

What it did expose was the truly desperate need of a real striker who can sniff out goals from our midfields efforts. Maybe Alex D'Acol was more effective than some gave him credit for? Bingham, to date, has proved not to be the answer. Boyd is really promising, and with a big partner alongside, could be what we have needed for ages.

I have no doubt that the BOM are trying to find someone up-front, who is neither a huge wage earner, or a waste of money for a short term contract. If we have to wait to the end of the transfer window for that, then so be it. There is no-one at the Club at present who fills that role.

Can't fault the team 1 bit . Their hard work is being let down by not having a goal scorer . Boyd is promising get him tied down for a few more seasons .

Seen somewhere Chris Kane from st Johnstone is away on loan to queens . Scored a few goals for saints last season before being loaned out . Reckon even he would have been a better option than what we have at the moment.

Hopefully the pub team committee can open the biscuit tin again and give big Richard Roy another chance.
The guy was harshly treated the last time and rumour has it Monaco were about to make an offer as they seen him as an ideal replacement for Mbappe if he leaves for Paris Saint Germain.

Stevie May to Aberdeen while Miles Storey looks like going to Partick.I reckon he was one we were trying for as we did in January.

That's a real major shock that.
Accies missing out on a signing target.
Are you sure YOH?
That can't be right, must be some mistake there surely?
That's another 2 potential targets away
Double Partick swoop for Storey and Sammon.
Wonder how the pub team committee are feeling about that?

Sammon is worse than Bingham.

Watch as Sammon scores more goals against us than Bingham scores all season .

It is scientifically impossible to be worse than Bingham.

I actually don't mind Bingham, just think that our style of play does not suit him. Think he needs someone up in support.

Think some of the comments above are cruel and unnecessary. Bingham is a far better striker than a few I could mention over the years.

Bet he scores today

He's a very basic option to bring on from the bench when defences become tired. However, he'a our first choice striker, and far and away the worst first choice we've had since the 11/12 season.
