Why can't we? and don't use the small fan base nonsense. We've made plenty in the last 4 seasons. Excuses are wearing thin now

Exactly
It's verging on laughable now how this 'club' fails to deliver every time on new signings.
You only have to look at financially stricken Dundee Utds signings.
And don't give me all the pish either about fan bases and budgets.

Lee Erwin and Connor Salmon would perhaps have fitted the "target man" mould for us,but neither are good goalscorers which is what we need.Perhaps we could have signed one of them but we would still have needed a 15-20 goal a season striker.

They know we need at least two strikers-even Canning has talked about it-but apart from this guy in The Bolivian League,we don't seem to be being linked with anyone which is worrying.

We can only hope they have something up their sleeve;the clock is ticking.

Fear not.
There is still time for a Richard Roy.
Or a Diaby.

Plus the UEFA money ,£250k for Sellic progressing to group stages of Champions League.
Aye definitely not enough cash flow for decent signing or two.
They can ram their season tickets where the sun don't shine.

Hendrie was more like £250,000, like McArthur. Certainly no add ons with him now he's joined Southend. Never seen Andreu's fee as £1.25m before, heard £1m but wouldn't be surprised if that was the total and again no chance of add ons.

We didn't get any extra money from being on TV for the play off final, I thought that was common knowledge by now.
