Still not to late to save this season if the board act now , get in someone who could get us organised , playing for the full 90 minutes but the board won't do anything so we are stuck with Cantzo .

I agree the board will do nothing, we are goin down via the play-offs, martin canning has not improved since last season 7 games at home without a win, shocking stuff. Did nothing for 60 minutes until changes today

I disagree. We are going down in bottom place. If we lose on Saturday, I can see us losing 9,10, 11 in a row. Dundee United will improve and are already signing players you would think would add some quality. We need some decent signings and some luck.

Its not going to happen but if it did I would go for Gus mcpherson. Doing an excellent job with Queens Park with not a lot and a proven premiership manager with Saint Mirren. Since he went in terms of league form it has been a downward spiral for them.

Has to be someone capable of working to the ethos of youth Etc and probably someone willing to let others at the club have a say in running things hence why it will be difficult

Perhaps we would struggle to get anyone if the criteria is that after 4 or 5 games (or zero games in some people's case) some fans will decide if you have it or not.

70+ applications the last time suggests otherwise. Instead we got a knee jerk reaction appointment. Memo to Ronnie/Les - Please think strategically/long term next time whenever that is. Oh and can you get a grip of the Chief executive who for some reason is running a soup and sandwich drop in at the Wishaw YMCA. FFS we are a football club.

To be fair, our stock had probably never been higher when Neil left so we wouldn't get anywhere near that many applicants now (if there were indeed that many). I completely agree about McGowan. Him saying that he didn't mind if we were relegated as long as he could carry on his little project was enough to put any fan off going, in my opinion. He was despised at Raith and, reading comments on their message board, some of them even wanted him to get jailed for what he did to their club! I don't know the specifics, though.

His stewardship of that club along with another few individuals was abysmal. At one point he threatened to sell the ground for housing unless he and his associates were bought out. Well documented. (Not that they would have got planning permission :D )

I thought he was joking. It's a different Stuart Taylor, a former goalkeeper.

Stuart Taylor would be someone I'd like to see back but he is at villa according to this link. I always rated him highly as a coach and think he was a big part of the success under billy Reid. Always seemed a popular guy and has had a bit of experience being his own man with Limerick.
