Anyone else think Swailes jumped before he was pushed?

Mutual consent?

If he never actually permanently based himself here perhaps his heart was never really in it?

Mutual consent is the standard party line in these situations.

I suspect that there was more to it than distance.
After all Swailes knew the travel situation before he took the position.

Whether his heart was in it or not, still don't believe that he was effective in his role.
Good luck to him, but glad he's gone.

Wish him well in the future.
Just hope the remaining stooges follow suit.
Doubt it though.

Would be nice to here how the BOD plan to move forward.

1. keep caning as gaffer and bring in a experianced assistant or director of football etc.

2. Bozlan to move up to assistant.

I'll put forward two names I suggested before canzo got the job.

Stuart Taylor, our ex assistant who seems to be doing a good job over in Ireland

And Graeme jones, again our ex assistant who is currently Martinez assistant at Everton. If he fancies becoming a manager in his own right Accies might be the club to give him the opportunity.

It's all if buts and maybes though. But just putting those names out there again, I don't think they've been mentioned since swailles left.

Heck at this rate even rino gattuso sounds appealing!! (Joking!!)

As I said just putting names out there.

If, and I appreciate it is if, he fancies being his own man rather than working under someone I'd guess he'd need to drop a level or two. I'd doubt he'd get a manager job in the English Premiership as his first manager job. Who knows though. He might not want to be a manager at all but if he did I reckon it would need to be with a smaller club first off.
