What should the Accies BOD do after the 4-0 humiliation against Motherwell

Hold their hands up and admit they are to blame for being tight fisted and not strengthening the team while they had the money and the opportunity. They've let the club, the support, the fans, the players and the manager down. But no they won't, why because they probably read these topics and realise the fans have turned on Martin and they're getting a relatively easy ride. Getting rid of Martin doesn't excuse the board or the under performing players failings.

You are 100% correct.
We are all having a go at Canzo, and to be fair he hasn't helped his own cause, but by far the greatest blame lies with the BOD.
I've called for an end of season meeting with the fans, so we can tell them exactly what we think.

Let's see if they have the balls to do that.

Canning and co out now.

Piss poor performances, no fight, no heart, no passion. Everything alex had us doing.

There's nothing on the sidelines from canning or swailles. Canning with his hands in his pocket and swailles hands behind his back offering nothing.

I love stuff like this .......just cause you know something is wrong , that does not mean you will know the correct answer .

Exactly.
Like there's nobody out there, we could possibly get.

I'm sure we could lots of people but there are no guarantees of success. I don't subscribe to wholesale change when we hit a bad patch. Still waiting on a credible name.

Why do you need to have a credible name ??
I will say again just because you know something is wrong that does not guarantee that you will know what the correct answer is !!
Do you think that 3 points out a possible 30 (including loses against the 3 bottom teams in the division ) is acceptable ?? I don't .
Something needs to change....what it is I don't know , but the way things are going we could go the rest of the season without a win .
And how much damage that could do is unthinkable.......

Firstly, there has been plenty of credible names, read the other thread.
If you don't count them as credible, can you give us a few examples, so we know what standard you're aiming for.

Of course there's no guarantees in this. That's so bloody obvious, it's not worth saying.
However that doesn't mean that if you see a failing situation that you do nothing about it.
After all you don't have to go outside to know that it's raining!

How much longer in your opinion does this "bad patch" have to last before you would deem action is required?

Considering all the games in hand teams round us have I now believe we will be in the bottom six post split and to me that is unacceptable- the board must announce Canzo is to step down we are now an embarrassment

Correct. Total embarrassment and to correct a factually incorrect poster elsewhere, this ain't our best ever season.
Even I know it was 1934/35.
(4th)
Feels like 1935 since our last win.
If canbags hangs about till 2035 we might get our first win under him.

I will not attend another game until this joke of a management team is out! I am not alone in this thinking!

Well done Les and Ronnie you have been able to reduce the crowed in what should have been a year to grow it! Top bit of business

Granted it's a small poll, but with 74% wanting a change of management now, there's not much room for doubt of what the favoured option is.

We need the BOD to be just as decisive now.

Come on guys, show us some leadership.

It was a joke option ATG, just for RAW1874, who was attempting to be sarcastic and failing, by suggesting Canning is so good that he hopes he's in charge for another 14 years.
I couldn't believe another 2 dimwits actually voted for that option.

Seriously ATG, you need to keep up with the sparkling banter on here

P.S.
I am over 14 years of age.

Certainly reduced by one now anyway.
