For once I'd have liked Well to win in the league game. Not a happy hunting ground for us. Will Rankin get his team selection right this week? Would like to see Tumilty back even though that will probably mean a back five. We've had wins with a back five but also had some farcical displays - first half at Morton, flukey draw at Kirkcaldy. Hope Robinson can make an impact and one of Bradley or McKinstry must play. I'll be there but not hopeful at all.

If Shaws 1 v 1 goes in the game could have been different. Definitely something for him to work on in training.
That said, in a ‘one off’ cup game we should be starting with our strongest possible eleven. In most fans opinion that would include Shaw and Tumilty. In my own opinion that should include McKinstry too, and you could argue the case for Henderson to be getting a start also.
Pleased to hear the support for Scott Martin, something I’d like to see at our next home game although that’s not till the 25th v Dunfermline and plenty support for Tumilty and Shaw while warming up.

Agree with this apart from Henderson. Does nothing more often than not.
Wonder how today would have gone if we had played the team after the 4 subs from the start.
