Killie v Accies

Postby TerracingTomas » Wed Jan 06, 2021 5:45 pm

Both clubs’ form in recent games have shown improvement but our away record against them over the last few seasons is nothing special a couple of draws the best we have achieved. The least said about our last away defeat to 10 men the better. I’m assuming no signings before the game given our targets apparently don’t fancy lockdown separations from families. Being positive Ill go for a draw.

Another clean sheet and a 0-0 would be ideal

Back to normality, it seems, with a further lengthening of missing players due to Covid, and little likelyhood of any fresh recruits in January window.

Same old story, not looking good, and 'The Great Escape' tune fading into the distance.

Think the only thing that is going to save us, is a cancellation of the season due to Covid. But needs to happen soon

Easily beat and could've been more.

1 shot on target early in the 2nd half and an odoffin header off the bar a minute or two before they scored might've made a difference to the game but that would've been wishful thinking.

Mulumbu and power couldve played in their suits as they bossed the game, at least they tried to get passes through the midfield, we just hoofed everything long hoping that moyo or winter could force a mistake or something but it was really hard to watch at times.

No one in midfield brave to want to get on the ball and play.

But we're not surprised are we :|

Only criticism I have is the refusal to utilise the subs and change formation.

No side could cope with our absentees and we had to recall a young kid from the Juniors who hasn't impressed there to fill the bench.

Look at those missing for a bit of perspective here:

Goals/Defence: Ryan Fulton,Shaun Want,Aaron Martin,Brian Easton(our first choice defence)

Midfield:Scott Martin,Lewis Smith, Will Collar

Forwards: Nathan Thomas, Marios Ogympoe , David Templeton
