Except technically these wouldn't be loans; as you can't (or at least this was the case the last time STM updated us) get a loan between clubs from different associations ie an international loan is not allowed. The deals known as loans, they work as loans but they are effectively temporary transfers with an agreement between the clubs and players for a re-transfer back at the end of the period.........I think. Therefore, transfers can only be done within the window.
