Got me curious about our home attendances and a few other issues.

Apparently I heard someone say the home crowd v Motherwell of 2531 was the lowest home derby crowd since 1911(still haven’t found proof of this) and a result of the clubs pricing strategy of £25 and £15.

I see st mirren(north bank fans) had a boycott of the Livingston game on the 12th feb due to charging £25 for a midweek game. Att 1263 sooooooooooo here’s some of our attendances so far and all at home

Some of those figures are horrendous and need addressing by the board

No wonder clubs like Kelty are getting 1500 fans as they’ll be ingrained within the community. I’m staggered junior clubs like auchinleck and pollok haven’t jumped ship to the lowland league

And most of those figures have been massaged by the club. In reality the Edinburgh cup game attendance was nearer 500. How that works when we've got to give the other side roughly 40% of the gate money, I don't know.

The last three home derby attendance have been 2,746, 2,927 & 2,531. It used to be a given that the Accies home games would be at least 3,500 and away at least 4,500. To be fair that first figure from last season was when the price was £22 & £12. But as we all know, it's far cheaper for a family at Fir Park. I think we're going down but wherever we are next season the board surely has to have a parent and child gate at least.

Should add, I've been going for forty years and that is definitely the worst derby crowd in that time.
