Once again, there were unsavoury scenes in the stands, during an Old Firm game with opposition supporters confronting and trying to wind-up Accies fans whil sitting in the HOME end.
Accies always state that any supporter found in the wrong end will be ejected. Again the stewards were nowhere to be seen when the trouble kicked off. Despite several Accies fans pointing out the culprits, it took till half time for the police to arrive and ask them to leave.

The bigoted, sectarian bile being belted out throughout the match from the "Rangers" end was thoroughly disgusting

I've followed Accies home and away for over 30 years, but I will no longer attend matches involving Rangers in the future.
I've had enough. I have no wish to have to listen to these people, especially at the home of my own club.

Which is why I wont be buying a ticket for next week, either. Not giving that vile organisation any of my money.

I've no qualms with Southwood being first choice, however had Fon Williams shown as much of the goal to Edouard then plenty of folk on here would have mentioned it and blamed him.

Should have added to previous post, we have only taken two points out of eighteen so far against these three teams. A draw in midweek isn't a disaster but we have to start beating these sides if we're to have any chance.

I agree with ggr. I won't be going either but have to admit that had it been £15, like Falkirk are charging v Hearts then I would have bitten the bullet and bought a ticket.

And here's another call-off for Saturday, albeit I knew weeks agao that I had other things on that date. Still, after Sunday, I'd have wondered why, had I been going, I ahould subsidise Sevco with 50% of mygate money, with all the hassle the OF bring, and the unlevel playingfield of the game.

Perhaps Accies should just sell out the entire Home Stand, other than one section on either side of the Director's Box & Press area. Put all "Home" support in there, and see how many of them are Accies supporters when a goal is scored. We've already sold our soul to the Devil by allowing part of the Main stand to OF, so just go the whole hog. Much easier to 'police', although on Sunday I saw NO stewards in any of the Sainsbury's end sections.

We get few, if any balanced, refereeing at those games, with CelGers players rarely booked, far less sent off. Sunday's example of Griffiths stamping and only a Yellow, then blatantly diving and being waved up by the referee without a further Yellow, just proves the weakness of far too many of our Officials at NDP in an OF game.

I got roundly abused walking to the game for having the cheek to wear my accies tammy. I watched ‘home’ fans with season tickets looking for a seat they had never sat on in their lives in a stand they had probably never visited.

Poor comment to make and massively one sided in relation to a ban one that I’ve been against.

I’ve made concerns clear tonight to the club and they must act it simply cannot continue to this level

Simple solution to the season tickets 'looking for their seat' - confiscate the ticket and remove them from the ground. Can't understand Accies ST holders who give STs to 'away' fans anyway so they deserve to lose their season ticket.

I’m with ggr. I won’t be going. Cost is excessive (ST holders should be given a discount imo) although in any event I’ve had enough of the OF and everything that goes with them. I’ll save my passion for other games.

Notwithstanding, I hope that we tear them a new one.

BBC Website Quote tonight; The striker stood on Woods' chest in Celtic's 4-1 win, but will not face a Scottish FA notice of complaint after a three-man panel of former referees did not agree it was a red-card offence.

Ah well, there's a surprise. Sitting right above the incident, and with a better view of it than Neil Lennon, my interpretation of 'No Malice' is subjective, of course, but differs from those that oversee these things.

Now, had that been an Accies player????? Roll on Saturday's game v Sevco to see what THEY get away with

Well, he would have been sent off immediately and banned for more than the two games in question for Griffiths - That happens with no lobby whatsoever....
