We recently played Kilmarnock in the Ladbrokes Premiership and won 2-0, so as a club we aim to have a good support behind us on the day as we look to progress to the quarter finals of the Betfred Cup.

Is that the same electronic methods that caused the hundreds/thousands missing a large chunk of the first half in their last home game v rangers.

A draw and then a penalties lottery would have been fair today. Killie might have had more chances but their finishing certainly over 90 minutes was worse than us. Thought both the new starts had good first team debuts especially Hamilton. I assume Alston was injured but acknowledging Collars decent debut midfield still not contributing enough. Stanger must be wondering what he has to do to get a start. This notion that he needs to go out on loan bewilders me. If I’m right and his contract is only until the end of the season I think he will look to move on. Overall I’m disappointed that we didn’t progress but we seem to be improving and options in defence and midfield growing.

Good to see Jamie Hamilton getting into the first team. He was outstanding for the under 20s against Airdrie last week, and was named man of the match yesterday on the BBC website.
Agree about Stanger, and Fjortoft must also be wondering when he will get his chance.

A winnable home tie versus Hibs and it could have been our first semi-final since 1979.
