It appears Danny who has been off having heart surgery and is currently recuperating has been sacked. No details of why. I assume it will come out in due course.

Yes there's been a rumour going about for the last few days this was happening.

Comes at a bit of a bad time but don't let it detract from what is possibly a pivotal day for the club with regards to the rest of the season.

Apparently he has been suspended and not sacked. Hope this is all worked out amicapbly.

Canning wanted Danny sacked because of the fact the players confided in him and respected him more than Der Canniwin but the club allegedly took the opposite view and a heated discussion forced the hand of the Board who were thinking what most of us were thinking anyway.

His situation is now up in the air but with Canning away,surely they MUST bring him back...oh and Bingham,who we paid off in full last week wants to come back also but can't see that happening.

That's a slight variation on what I've been told from a good friend of Danny's.
However I'm keeping schtum for now as there's a good chance this will end up in the hands of Employment Law experts.It will all come out in the wash.
Looking back,Accies don't have a good record in Employee Tribunal cases (John McCormack),so looks like the cheque book might be out again but it won't be for signing players.

It’s been his son Kevin filling in for him while he’s been off sick. Danny’s always been a popular guy around the club and hope the stories are not true
