eta : Just read his after match comments on the BBC website - "Hamilton manager Martin Canning: "To take the lead and not hold it for more than five minutes is crucial. I thought we were comfortable and we've lost it from two set-pieces into the box." Eh? Eh? WTF game was he watching cause it certainly wasn't the one I was at. Buffoonery of the highest order !![/quote]

That just shows how disconnected MC is from the reality of the situation we are in! Delusional???

I just hope the board didn't see it the same way and sack him for being clueless.

Back on first, to pick up any addition support, or otherwise, for a new manager for 2019. Figures and percentages don't lie, at the moment, however.

Supposedly he is away on holiday for a week,so would be surprised if any news is forthcoming.

Fwiw,we will soon be down to 400 home fans and for this to happen is a gross dereliction of duty by The BOD.Any other business would change this due to the loss of the fan base and a refusal to do so speaks volumes about the intentions of the owners.

This wilful neglect is as bad as the Watson years as it is long standing fans who saved the club who are leaving in droves exasperated at keeping this clown in charge.

Does anyone honestly think that Colin McGowan gives two cahoots about the Club?
He doesn't even like football.
Why be on the board of a FOOTBALL Club then?

Thought I'd close off this thread with the final result of 84% against retaining MC. Shows how much we really know about how good his is behind the scenes, with the latest 'Vote of Confidence' from the latest Chairman, who was himself Accies Manager a few seasons ago.

Maybe the other 16% will be proven correct, with a huge points gain in the remainder of the 2018/19 season, from the significant number of new signings we will see before the end of January, and no relegation battle for us in April/May???

Canning would be better served watching affordable targets.
And ones that fit into our infrastructure.
How about The Electric Bar v the Windmill Tavern?
North Lanarkshire Pub League Division 1.

Scotland wants a Trade Deal with the EU.
We want Canning Out.
None of these will happen.
That was a Party Political Broadcast on behalf of the Canning Out Party.

Seen that.
Can't really compare Dunfermline Athletic with our Charity Shop organisation.
They are a proper Football Club with a great history and a massive Fan Base.
Sooner or later they'll be back in the top flight.
Best of luck to them.

. So Dunfermline are a proper football club now, FFS. They're sitting 7th in the championship! I know we're all fed up with what's going on at our club, but some of the comments on this forum are laughable, at best!

Anyone with half a pea for a brain would know you can't compare us with the Pars.
Regardless of which Division they are in.
