On the OS (and Twitter): https://www.hamiltonacciesfc.co.uk/new- ... jan-mucha/

Jan Mucha is a 35-year old Slovakian internationalist, with World Cup experience, who spent 3 seasons with Everton.

Is something up with Gary Woods? This doesn't sound like back-up.

Woods has been a bombscare this season. Fulton is injured. Decent looking signing.

Didn't know Fulton was injured - reckon that explains it.

Bit harsh to describe Woods as a "bombscare". Some mistakes, certainly, but to me he looks more comfortable since we sorted out the back four.

Will Mucha go straight into the team (once international clearance is confirmed) or be there to mentor Woods?

Harsh on Woods considering he won us a fair few points with some very important saves last season. The 3-2 Ross County game and 2-1 Partick game spring to mind, but he has made a fair few mistakes this season so hopefully some competition might get him back on form.

Woods has been awful this season, compared to his form in previous seasons.
I didn’t know Fulton is injured and had been critical of Canning in not dropping Woods for Fulton.
Shows the management are actually more aware of the teams flaws than we give them credit for.
On paper a very good signing.

Don't want to put a dampener on things, and as we all know goalkeeping blunders seem to get highlighted much more than other positions.
However Muchas howler from Skirtels back pass on YouTube is horrendous.
