It must surely. They can't be allowed to charge us £27 to sit behind a pillar while they're fans get one in free, can they? Wouldn't put it past them though

Don't think this offer is any different from ours at the Ross County game so I think only Celtic ST holders can get this offer. I might be wrong though.

It doesn't mention season ticket holders in the article though;

Fans buying tickets for the match will receive a second ticket absolutely free. Tickets are priced from £26 for adults, from £17 for concessions and from £10 for under-13s.
Details of the 2-for-1 offer are as follows;
One Free ticket issued with the purchase of one full price adult ticket
Free ticket can be either a full price adult ticket OR any concession ticket
Individual purchasers limited to no more than three 2-for-1 packages

I think the article clearly is aimed at home fans but that aside - if we are allowed to distribute free tickets to home fans (such as Ross County game) and not to away fans (I stand corrected if anyone can show that free tickets were available to Ross Co fans) then what would stop Celtic doing the same. This was the original question.

Remember we gave away over 1000 tickets to schools and boys clubs in hamilton area.

Phoned Celtic park this morning, they said its a decision for Accies to make, phoned Accies and they haven't heard anything from Celtic. Got a few mates who aren't Accies or Celtic fans but would be happy to pay £13 to go to this.

Not opening the offer the deal to away fans will only encourage away fans into home areas!! Surely a quick phone call between the two clubs and this could be sorted!!

Sounds suspiciously as if Celtic expect Accies to cover the cost of the free tickets - wouldn't surprise me at all if that was the case.

Six days to the match and still no confirmation on the OS regarding the purchase of tickets and pricing. They could at least let us know one way or the other.

I asked at the ticket office when I was at the community coaching this evening when Celtic tickets would be on sale (bearing in mind the game is in six days).

She looked at me like I was speaking Swahili and had no idea what I was talking about.

Maybe the club should appoint a club secretary who has a detailed knowledge of football administration to sort this out? Wait a minute :oops:

Did they mention how Accies fans are supposed to buy tickets, since our club don't seem to be doing anything in that direction?

Ah well, too late for me, won't be near Hamilton until Sunday evening now. I might manage to get along straight to Parkhead and go behind enemy lines, otherwise I'll just have to listen to our historic victory on the radio.

I got mine this morning. Selling really well apparently, and the unrestricted view tickets are sold out so think that means a good support
