History repeating itself...sort of

After we beat Rangers in 1987, we were drawn against Motherwell in the next round. Now, after our next win against Rangers, we are drawn against Motherwell in the Cup!
I hope the 'Well have a far too relaxing Winter Break!

And the next game after our Ibrox win was a home game with Hibs, which we lost 0-1. Gulp!

I hate to say this, but we're a stick-on to lose on Saturday. We're on a high after beating Rangers; Hibs are looking to bounce back after defeat by St Johnstone; and they'll want revenge for Easter Road.

Curious to see that we're winning double the points so far away from home. 10 away points versus 5 home points. Which only reinforces what the fates have in store.

I'd love to see us smash all this and win anyway.
