Ali Crawford

Heard from a source who has a 50% accuracy rating for gossip -

Apparently Ali Crawford won't play another game for Accies this year. His 'training ground injury' from October is actually down to a fallout with management and he shall be punted in January. With a pinch of salt, but he has been on the money before with his gossip.

Hm - would be interesting to see if its true. Has anyone seen him attend any home games? Personally I think we've got all we can out of him and he needs a move. Flickers of brilliance but fails to show it off regularly. We have performed better in recent months without him in the team.

Yup, watching. as he's still under contract to HAFC. from what I am told though, he shall not be played and shall exit in January.

I think at one point he had the potential to be a top star in scotland. I feel his development has drawn to a grinding hault with the current coaching team over the last couple of years. Perhaps a new team/management may let him reach his full potential.

Or preferably keep Ali and punt the dud of a manager.

Honestly, your patter is unbearable. We know the board is standing by Canning WINLOSEORDRAW. Drop it. Give something constructive to discussions for once. Considering the number of posts you average per week, you should be doing much better.

I’ll miss Ali more than most, but he’s given all he can for us. He won’t sign a new contract and I do think his development has stagnated recently, but I do think he’ll play again. These bust-ups are often greatly exaggerated.
For what it’s worth, I think he bought a house near Fir Park fairly recently so make of that what you will
