Looked a sore one on Saturday. Now confirmed out for 6 weeks. His skills will be missed in the meantime. Here's hoping for a successful recovery.

Having played with a broken bone in my foot before it's a very annoying injury. He was limping for around 20-30 minutes on that foot, I noticed he was walking funny and was surprised he wasn't brought off sooner. I figured it was maybe his knees giving him problems.

Thought it was ankle ligaments at the time and was amazed he came out after half time.

Canning should be stronger to not allow that to happen, he limped on for the second half. How long and what was he wanting him to do to keep him on with such an obvious injury

It's just as well that the Rojano deal will be done 'imminently' or else we'd maybe be in a bit of a lather.

Gutted about this - lad has no luck.

For me he is a standout each time he is on the park. Our only player who actually takes on an opponent without turning and passing backwards!

Some of his movement against Hearts was excellent, including the delivery for our goal.

Lets hope he is back ASAP
