Thought we had agreed terms with him. Now read that he has rejected contract. Anyone with clearer information??

It was an article written by bbc sportsound about xavier tomas. It claims Skondras was a centre back and rejected the contract. Typical lazy journalism. He has the squad number 3 for the new season.
